You have the right to cancel an order within 2 days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period for an order is 2 days before the parking reservation date.
In order to exercise this right of cancellation, you must inform us of the decision with a clear statement.
You can inform us by emailing contatti@autoservizi.firenze.it
We will send the refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the wish to cancel the reservation. We will use the same payment method used for the order and no refund fees will be charged.
